Kaci Ailey
2011 recipient of the Rhea Springs 310 scholarship. Kaci was presented with a check for $1,000 and plans to attend the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Presenting the scholarship to Miss Ailey and her parents was Rhea Springs Lodge Worshipful Master, Mitch Pritchett.
